Welcome to my world—where visions become photographs, and buildings strike a pose.
I'm Juan Karroum, a Miami-based photographer specializing in architectural and luxury real estate photography. I capture spaces the way they secretly wish to be seen—bold, elegant, and unforgettable.

My journey began before I could spell "aperture," growing up in the hum of my father's photo studio and the chemical haze of a black-and-white darkroom. Thanks to his career (and a little sibling rivalry with my equally talented brother), photography wasn’t just a hobby—it was the family business, the dinner-table talk, and eventually, my life’s calling.
Through years of hands-on experience and thousands of shutter clicks, I explored countless photography styles. But one muse kept calling me back: architecture. I fell in love with the idea that buildings could tell stories—about vision, ambition, and the beauty of structure—and that I could be the one to translate those stories through the lens.
Today, I collaborate with top architects and design professionals, capturing their creations in all their glory across Miami and beyond. My images have been featured in publications and books, where they serve as the visual exclamation points to written words. Whether it’s a minimalist home in the hills or a luxury penthouse with a view that makes you question your life choices, I strive to capture it in a way that’s both artful and impactful.
While Miami is home—because sunshine and Art Deco never go out of style—my work often takes me across the globe, photographing spaces that range from high-end real estate to natural landscapes that look suspiciously like desktop wallpapers.
My mission? To create images that are more than just pretty pictures. They should evoke emotion, tell a story, and maybe—just maybe—make you fall in love with a space (or at least reconsider your living room layout).
So, whether you're an architect with a masterpiece to showcase, a designer with a vision to unveil, or someone who just appreciates the finer details of light and shadow, I’d love to collaborate.
Thanks for stopping by. Let’s make something extraordinary together.
Warm regards,
Juan Karroum
